Hill House Interiors Awarded Best International Apartment at International Property Awards

LPF Member Hill House Interiors has been awarded Best International Residential Interior Apartment at the Finals of the International Property Awards, securing the highest accolade in the programme. The award was announced on 16 January 2026, following consecutive wins at both Dubai and Arabian regional levels.

The winning project is an exclusive private apartment within Atlantis The Royal Residences, one of Dubai’s most architecturally ambitious and prestigious residential addresses. This international recognition marks a significant milestone for the established British design and architectural studio, which expanded into the Middle East almost three years ago. Since opening its Dubai office, Hill House Interiors has built a strong regional presence, delivering highly tailored residential interiors for discerning private clients and developers across the UAE and beyond.

About the Project

Conceived as a refined sanctuary above the city, the Atlantis The Royal Residences apartment balances contemporary elegance with timeless comfort. The design responds sensitively to the building’s dramatic architecture and panoramic views, using calm spatial planning and layered materiality to create a home that feels both sophisticated and deeply personal. Key elements include bespoke joinery and custom-designed furniture, richly textured wall finishes, and a carefully considered lighting scheme that transitions seamlessly from day to evening. Sculptural and statement lighting was a central design focus throughout the apartment, most notably demonstrated by the striking hand-blown chandelier suspended above the dining table. Designed to function as both a focal artwork and an atmospheric light source, the chandelier anchors the dining space, introducing a sense of occasion and colour while echoing the blue hues of the waves within the surrounding environment. Softly sculptural forms, natural tones and tactile materials were layered throughout to ground the interior and enhance a sense of quiet luxury.

The project was delivered through close collaboration with a long-standing client, for whom this residence represents the third home designed by the studio – reflecting the continued trust and depth of relationship that underpin Hill House Interiors’ approach to residential design.
