Supporting the Next Generation: Linda Cirigliano’s Support for Global Girls Glow
To mark International Women’s Day and this year’s theme, Give to Gain, The LPF is spotlighting women across our membership who are not only leading in their own disciplines, but are also helping to create opportunities for the next generation.
In this interview, we speak with LPF Member Linda Cirigliano, Founder of LC Three, a New York based owner’s representation firm working within the luxury residential sector. With more than two decades of experience coordinating complex construction projects across high end residential developments, Linda has built a career rooted in advocacy, collaboration and trust.
In conversation with LPF Founder Priya Rawal, Linda reflects on her journey through the industry, the importance of encouragement and visibility for women entering the sector, and why supporting initiatives such as Global Girls Glow is an important part of helping young women build confidence, find their voice and pursue opportunities within their chosen fields.
Hi Linda, please introduce yourself and your role within the luxury property sector.
My name is Linda Cirigliano, and I am the Founder of LC Three, an Owner’s Representation firm based in New York. My firm celebrated its tenth anniversary last June. Prior to launching LC Three, I spent sixteen years coordinating construction projects for leading general contractors, architects, designers and consultants in the high-end luxury residential sector. As an owner’s representative, my role is very much rooted in the luxury market. I work with homeowners who want a single trusted professional to act as their advocate and champion throughout the lifecycle of their project. I step in on behalf of the owner to manage the process, gather and organize information, coordinate the team, oversee the schedule and budget, and ensure that every decision remains aligned with the client’s goals. At its core, luxury service is about clarity, trust and having one person who is fully focused on protecting the client’s interests from beginning to end.
What has your own journey in the industry taught you about the value of encouragement, advocacy and visibility?
That is pretty much my life story. I started in this industry 25 years ago before women in construction were really a prominent force. More importantly, there were very few women in management or leadership roles in the construction industry.
I believe strongly in advocating not only for women but also for the industry as a whole. I also believe that generosity of spirit, generosity of knowledge and collaboration across our workforce are essential. That philosophy has been a driving force behind the growth of not only myself as an individual but also my company.
How did you first come to support Global Girls Glow, and what drew you to its mission?
I was first introduced by my COO, Lisa Jardine, who was actively connected to Global Glow through her time living in Asia, and then most recently in NYC as the Bronx Academy of Letters. After attending a career day at the school, I saw how even a small contribution of time, spirit, or financial support could have a significant impact on young girls.
I learned more about the global reach of the organization and wanted to get involved. The first fundraiser we hosted in the fall of 2024 raised enough funds for programming for a year at the school in the Bronx. The mission aligns completely with what I believe in, which is empowering young women in whatever path they want to pursue. It’s about giving a voice to someone who may need a little help finding it.
Why do you believe it is so important for successful women to help create opportunities for the next generation?
I am a huge “pay it forward” believer. I know it is a phrase people use a lot, but I truly believe in it. We need to be more selfless. We need to encourage, inspire and share what we have with others. That is how you create opportunity and progress.
What does the phrase “Give To Gain” mean to you when you think about supporting girls and young women?
As I get older and see how the world is changing and evolving, I realize that giving back is not only personally rewarding but also an investment in the future.
Some of these girls may become the women who shape the world around me. They may hold roles that influence society and help support our communities. So why not be part of that process? Why not help educate and inspire young women to be strong, smart, worldly and kind? That is the kind of future I want to see.
What do you think young women most need from industry leaders like yourself?
Inspiration and opportunities.
What role do you think the wider luxury property industry can play in widening access and aspiration for women?
International internship programs for young people who want to enter this industry.
What is the best advice you have ever been given?
Don’t push the river. You can only ride it.
