Family Run Property Group Burbeck Wins Two Prestigious UK Property Awards
Family-run South London property group and LPF Members Burbeck is delighted to announce that they will be honoured at the United Kingdom Property Awards 2021 with not one but two awards. Burbeck successfully competed against the best property professionals across the United Kingdom to be recognised as the winners in the categories of Best Residential Interior Show Home and Best Residential Renovation / Redevelopment. The winning projects include a truly unique luxury property in the heart of Soho and one of Burbeck’s own luxury developments of five flats in South-West London with a value of £4 million; all five of which sold within just two weeks of arriving on the market in March.
Twickenham-headquartered Burbeck was founded by brothers Alex and Jack Willcocks in 2013 and now comprises home staging and interior design, property development and investment arms, offering a full suite of services to customers across the capital. Burbeck Interiors have dressed some of London’s finest properties and currently provide interiors services for top agents in the prime and super-prime markets.

Since its inception, Burbeck has grown from to employ 30 permanent staff across Burbeck Interiors, Burbeck Property Management and Burbeck Capital, increasing the Group’s turnover by 100% year on year in the process.
The United Kingdom Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The awards will be presented on 29th October.
